Adds a timer next to you telling how much cooldown is remaining for the next leap -Note: there is some acknowledged problems with it: if you use Dracolyte's burnt offering with its basic costume and it explodes too close to you the timer will be triggered, also if you use Volatile Bounder while using Dracolyte and using another costume other than the basic one it will not trigger
